With so many Lismore businesses moving to online ordering and home delivery, planning an effective and efficient delivery route is so important. I recommend using the following platform. It is currently FREE to use for deliveries with up to 20 stops. If you’re planning a route longer than 20 stops, there is a paid option. You can pay an extra $9 ($5EUR) per day for unlimited routes. While this may seem like a bit, if you’re doing 50+ stops, efficient planning will save you money. You may also be able to plan 2 seperate routes, for example one within Lismore and one within Nimbin.

This is a little video on how to use the platform. It’s super simple!
I would plan your route using this method, then print off the route (down the bottom).
What I would do is then use this information to create a word document. Using the order to visit addresses found using RouteXL, you can order your addresses and include a note regarding what has been ordered for each address. Then all you need is this word document printed for your route. You could format it into 2 columns (address in order of visiting and what has been ordered) or structured this in excel using 2 columns also). You can then use your phone GPS to navigate from your starting location to the first address, then the first to second. At each point you can use a pen or highlighter to cross out locations you’ve already been to and make sure you’re delivering the right orders to the right addresses. Double check your orders against your word document before delivering to avoid any errors!
